When to Expect a Response
Support tickets are reviewed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). If you are requesting help with a feature of GP, you will receive a response. If you are reporting a problem with a feature, or an error message while using the site, your ticket will be forwarded to development, in which case it is possible you will only be notified once the issue is resolved and a fix is ready for deployment.

Please note that we cannot assist with any custom scripting, custom HTML, custom XML/XSL, or custom CSS.  Support tickets are for base line functionality problem reports only.
Feature Requests/Changes/Updates?
Feature requests (new features, changes to existing features, new games, changes of information about existing games, etc.) a best sent through the Feature Request Form.
